An exciting opportunity has come up within the Acute Stroke / Rehab / Elderly Medicine ward.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated nurse to join our fantastic team.
D7 is a busy medical ward with acute stroke and rehabilitation and elderly medicine specialties.
We work closely with our AHP colleagues to deliver a high standard of person centred care.
The post holder will be supported within the ward environment to continue professional development and broaden their knowledge base of stroke / elderly medicine and rehabilitation.
Your responsibilities will include the assessment, planning and implementation of individualised care.
This post will require the successful applicant to obtain PVG clearance.
