A vacancy has arisen for a Catering Assistant within Ospadal Uibhist agus Bharraigh, Catering Department. Duties could be in any section of the catering department, but will include deep cleaning of department equipment and floors, food service, till operation, restocking vending machines, maintaining a high standard of hygiene within the department. A current basic / elementary food hygiene certificate is essential to the post.
