Consultant in Breast Radiology
Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Radiologist with a subspecialty interest in Breast Radiology. This post will have most sessions in Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert This post is offered as a 10 PA contract with additional EPA and SPA available depending upon the needs of the post and the successful candidate.
The postholder will be involved in the investigation and management of both benign and malignant breast disease. Experience should include comprehensive training in breast radiology including wire guided or magseed localisation of impalpable screen detected breast cancers. Experience in a full range of procedural skills such as US and stereotactic biopsy is required.
