You will work within the Community Mental Health Team caring for adults with mental health problems. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, assessment of care needs, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care under supervision of the Care Manager. You will work with a defined caseload and take responsibility of the clinical caseload in the absence of the CPN/Care Manager. You will be responsible for the management of the Named Nurse approach to delivery of care for all patients within their clinical area and the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of packages of care. You will engage patient, carer and/or relative in nursing process with consent where possible. it is essential that you are currently a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC and that you have relevant mental health nursing experience. You should be up to date with professional and relevant clinical developments. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm,
