To assist the Lead Adviser and the Head of Health and Safety in supporting the delivery and implementation of the NHS Lothian Health and Safety Management System to ensure as a minimum compliance with health and safety legislation.
To work with the operational Heads of Service and their management teams as directed by the Lead Adviser, in the management and control of health and safety risks, by providing technical and specialist health and safety advice for managers at all levels, staff and others within any of the specified locations/sites.
