Job Advert
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who will support the District Nurse in delivering care to patients within the caseload, providing accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.
You will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead and enable the district nursing team to provide a quality nursing service. You will manage delegated activity within the caseload, and provide support to other members of district nursing team.
It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse with the ability to work on your own initiative. A current Driving Licence is required for this post. Recent experience working within a community setting is desirable
The shift patterns are 1630-2300, 1900-2300, 1930-0830 and 1900-0800 which are flexible.
The shift pattern is worked 5/7.
