We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible person with strong leadership qualities to undertake this challenging and interesting new post.
This post offers an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of organisational educational resources in order to meet the training needs of both registered and non registered staff within SNBTS. You will ensure staff are fully equipped to undertake their roles effectively ensuring clinical excellence. You will also act as a role model and champion for service development, promoting evidence based practice and change implementation.
Candidates must be educated to a Master’s degree level or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience. Candidates require an in depth expert knowledge base, understanding and advanced clinical competence within SNBTS. Along with excellent organisational and management skills, the individual must be proactive and adaptable and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme Disclosure Scotland check.
Any candidate who has lived/worked overseas for more than 12 months in the preceding 5 years will also be required to provide a criminal record check from the appropriate overseas agency.
Candidates must have current NMC registration at the time of applying.
