NHS Forth Valley Organisational Development Team has an exciting vacancy for an Organisational Development Advisor. Supporting the Head of Organisational Development, the post holder will play a key role in delivering the organisations key objectives and priorities set out in NHSFV Our People Strategy, providing specialist OD advice and internal consultancy to management and employees throughout the organisation.
The role involves enabling team and service development, designing interventions that support effective service delivery, implementation of change, leadership development, team-based working and culture development.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist with the development and promotion within NHS Forth Valley of our organisational values, lifelong learning and continuous professional development. A key aspect of the role involves supporting managers to embed robust personal development planning across NHSFV, using the Turas appraisal recording tool, local implementation of the National changes to Turas appraisal system. In addition to coordinate the implementation and roll out of iMatter.
The post holder will have contemporary knowledge of organisational / leadership development and change theories and how to apply these in practice. In addition, be experienced in using a variety of approaches to suit a diverse workforce, with often complex development needs.
