You will join a friendly and enthusiastic community dietetic team in the North East Quadrant of NHS GG&C. Ideally, you should have significant post graduate clinical experience across a range of conditions. You will provide an evidence based dietetic service to patients, carers, medical, nursing colleagues.You will deliver patient care to across various settings, including clinics, care homes and patients own home.You will also contribute to supervision, teaching, mentoring of student dietitians, dietetic support workers and clerical staff. You will be involved in the planning and delivery of health improvement and / or education and training for health care professionals.This training covers broad ranging, topical nutritional issues covering the entire life cycle. You will also contribute to public health based activities. It is essential you have a BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, HCPC registration and a full driving license. The Shift Pattern for this post is worked 3 days over 7.
