An opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to work within the NHS Tayside Pain Service. This is a fixed term post for 1 year. You will work alongside the wider pain service MDT as well as the advanced physiotherapy practitioner. The post will involve the assessment and treatment of patients experiencing chronic pain in an outpatient setting as part of the integrated pain service.
We are seeking to recruit a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist who exhibits the values of NHS Tayside to our department. You should have demonstrable highly specialist clinical skills & knowledge from postgraduate courses/in service, as evidenced in your Continued Professional Development portfolio with comprehensive knowledge of best practice / clinical guidelines / standards across this specialty.
Applications are invited from Physiotherapists who have a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, have current HCPC registration and extensive post registration experience in a variety of settings. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multi-professional team. You should be able to demonstrate specialist knowledge of current evidenced based practice and be committed to continuous professional development
