You will assist with audio typing and administrative duties within a large service You must have a recognised qualification in secretarial studies or equivalent experience along with a minimum of one year's audio typing experience. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of software systems, excellent organistaion and communication skills and have a good understanding of Freedon of Information, Caldicott Guidelines and General Data Protection Regulations. You should have and HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have good IT and keyboard skills. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm. This is a Fixed Term post for 12 months.
