The District Nursing Service operates an open access policy delivering care to patients who are housebound or who have a nursing need which makes a home visit more appropriate, or within a clinic setting.
You will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.
It is essential you are a Registered Nurse who will support the District Nurse/charge nurse in delivering care to patients within the caseload. A current Driving Licence is desirable for this post.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday with weekends on a rota basis 8.30am to 4.30pm.
