 Please note this is a fixed term post until 31/07/2020


If successful in your application, your role within this position will be to create purchase orders for pharmaceutical stock, process goods received onto the stock control system and process goods which require to be returned to suppliers and liaise with suppliers. To support the procurement process for new and specialised pharmaceuticals and to provide clerical and administrative support to pharmacy.


Applying candidates should have a practical knowledge of office systems gained through SVQ111 or equivalent as well as experience of working in an office procurement environment.

Candidates should also have an existing understanding of Standing Financial Instructions and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
