The District Nursing Service operates an open access policy delivering care to patients who are housebound or who have a nursing need which makes a home visit more appropriate, or within a clinic setting.
You will be expected to work as part of a team to provide nursing care and support to patients in their own homes.
It is essential you have a SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience. Good communication skills are required for this post. A current Drivers Licence is required for this post.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday with weekends on a rota basis 8.30am to 4.30pm.
