As a member of the Primary Health Care Team and working collaboratively with the Clinical Team Leaders, the District Nurse will assist in the implementation of local and national strategies and will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing team. It is essential you are a Registered Nurse with a post a post registration qualification in District Nursing and have substantial post registration experience, Full driving licence. The role will involve working 5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings. The hours of duty will be between 08.30 hrs and 22.30 hrs
