We require Health Care Support Workers to work within our service.
Older Peoples Services provides a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient clinical care to patients. This includes Acute Stroke and Stroke Rehabilitation, Ortho-geriatric Rehabilitation, Assessment Rehabilitation, Interim Care, Continuing Care and You will assist members of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care and participate in the maintenance of health and safety. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse you will provide a high quality, safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients within a Care of the Elderly setting, meeting the identified physical and emotional needs. Good communication skills are required. It is desirable you have SVQ qualification in health related discipline and have an interest in care of the elderly or rehabilitation. Previous NHS experience would also be beneficial.
The shift pattern is rotational.
