An exciting opportunity has become available in the Deputy Nurse Director's office for the post of Corporate Business Manager for Acute Nursing & Midwifery Services. The post will provide comprehensive business management and service development support to the Deputy Nurse Director and Acute services across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the achievement of the Deputy Nurse Director's business objectives, leading on financial management and reporting, workforce performance management and staff governance, ensuring key peformance targets are met. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have significant experience within a large complex organisation, including financial and resource management experience. Excellent communication skills are key to the role which requires the ability to operate effectively within a demanding, fast-movin, and diverse environment. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
