Do you want to make a difference to medical training in Scotland? Are you interested in quality improvement and gaining valuable experience for your CV?

We are looking for up to 4 enthusiastic doctors at any stage in their training to become involved in quality improvement and quality management activities related to medical training on behalf of Scotland Deanery. Activities will include visits to hospitals and trainee representation at various committee meetings. The work will be ongoing throughout the year and will involve being available for approximately 5 days per year. Participation in activities in parts of Scotland other than your base location will be necessary. Training will be provided. Appointments will be for 2 years in the first instance. 

Applicants should have strong analytical and decision making skills along with an ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
