An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Nurse who will be the professional and clinical lead for nursing services within the Surgical & Critical Care. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and committed leaders.
As a registered nurse with valid NMC Registration, you will be educated to/working towards/operating at Masters Level. Professional leadership and management experience that demonstrates the breadth of knowledge required to lead safety, effectively and efficiently is essential.
Evidence of personal contribution to service planning and redesign projects is also required.
As part of the senior management team the post holder will be required to participate in the Duty Manager/on call commitment.
