NHS Forth Valley Organisational Development Team has an exciting vacancy for a Learning, Education and Training Administrator.  

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within the Learning and Education team with excellent interpersonal skills who aspires to produce the highest quality outputs. The successful applicant will support the Organisational Development and Learning, Education and Training team in ensuring that all NHS Forth Valley staff have access to Induction and Mandatory Training, to Leadership and Development Programmes and to supplementary development interventions which are co-ordinated by the Learning, Education and Training function.

Proven skills in relation to a number of IT systems and software packages are essential for this post. The successful candidate will support the provision of the helpdesk function to users of eESS, OLM, Turas and iMatter and the online booking system. The post holder will also support and contribute to the maintenance of eLearning modules.

Experience and knowledge of working within a learning, education and training environment is advantageous, however not essential.
