An exciting opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurses within A12 Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

2 permanent posts have arisen within the Acute Medical Ward, A12.  This post would be ideally suited to experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic registered nurses, who have an interest in Haematology, Endocrine, Neurology and general medicine and interested in training to administer in-patient chemotherapy.

As part of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will have responsibility for assessment, delivery and supervision of care needs, supporting the clinical care standards within the ward environment, to ensure that quality standards and Key Performance Indicators are met.

A genuine interest and clinical knowledge of acute medicine is essential. Ward experience is desirable and you should demonstrate leadership abilities within a ward team .You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern.
