An existing opportunity has arisen within the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP).  We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistants, to work with the Senior Leadership Team and Senior Managers.  We require a highly motivated administrative professional to undertake this key role.

The successful candidates will provide comprehensive, efficient, and confidential support to the Falkirk Health & Social Care Directorate and Corporate Support Services.

A key element of the post will be to support Senior Managers; therefore, a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.  Other tasks will include, assisting in diary management, minute taking, emails, letters, reports, and dealing with general requests and enquiries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales and have excellent customer care skills and experience. 

You will have relevant secretarial experience, ideally in a similar post within a healthcare or local authority setting or equivalent senior management team.  A flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.  The post will be hybrid and based between Falkirk Stadium / Falkirk Community Hospital. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
