We wish to recruit forward thinking clinical pharmacists to join our clinical pharmacy team based at Borders General Hospital providing services throughout NHS Borders.
You will receive training and experience in clinical services including Primary Care, dispensary and aseptic services designed to meet your personal development needs.
Our friendly and experienced teams will support you as you provide
pharmaceutical care to a variety of patient groups, including Medicine,
Surgery, Orthopaedics, Care of the Elderly and Primary Care. You will be offered and encouraged to undertake continuous professional development using the Scottish Pharmacist Vocational Training Scheme, or other
further postgraduate study depending on your level of experience and
needs. In turn, you will support NHS Borders pre-registration pharmacy
graduates, both BGH-based and community-based during their hospital
sector placement.
