We are excited to be recruiting to a new Falls Prevention Lead post for the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership. The post holder will support the development and embedding of clear pathways to support people who have fallen or are at risk of falls. They will work collaboratively across the partnership, and across Forth Valley, to provide a universal approach to training and education across all sectors to increase awareness of the risks of falls and how to stay well and active.

We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists who have experience in the following areas;

  • Developing community falls work
  • Service Improvement
  • Collaboration and engagement with others
  • Supporting self management within communities

We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, motivated and committed to improving services, supporting staff in evidence based practice and working collaboratively with others

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered and will be mobile across Forth Valley area.
