Women’s Services, part of the division of Women’s and Children’s, is looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to the role of Service Manager.
This presents an excellent opportunity for an individual to build upon their experience of working in a fast paced high profile environment, representing key performance areas for NHS Grampian.
The post holder will be responsible for the effective management and leadership of the teams within Breast Services. They will have delegated responsibility for day to day operational service management across the breast screening service and the symptomatic Breast service, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
We are looking to appoint a forward thinking and innovative individual with a proven track record of service delivery, excellent people management skills and experience of collaborative working and leadership. This is a demanding position, but one which will offer excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
The postholder will perform an active role in supporting the Unit Operational Manager (UOM).
