We have exciting opportunities for motivated and forward-thinking pharmacists who want to develop their clinical skills working within GP practices embedding the vision set out in Achieving Excellence in Pharmaceutical Care by delivering a well respected and much appreciated Pharmacotherapy Service.

As an integral member of the GP Practice Team, you will possess effective interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with a range of clinical and nonclinical personnel. Integration is a key aim of the Pharmacy Senior Leadership Team and you will liaise closely with hospital and community pharmacy colleagues and care homes to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care. In addition, there may be the opportunity to spend some time working within the acute hospital setting. We are committed to education and training and successful candidates will be given the opportunity to undertake the Post Registration Foundation Programme through NES.
