An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Quality Administrator supporting Quality Management in Forth Valley.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Forth Valley Quality office and the provision of secretarial support to the Head of Efficiency, Improvement and Innovation including diary management. You should have excellent keyboard and minute taking skills and have previous experience as a personal secretary or administrator working to Director/Senior Manager.

You should be proficient in a wide range of skills including design of data collection proforma, sourcing and analysing data, data management and application, report writing, graphics and presentation skills. You should have proven communication and interpersonal skills that show you have the ability to work well with people at all levels. This will include confidential communication with Forth Valley staff as well as external agencies and government departments.
