We are looking for a confident and organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide administration support to the Sexual Health & BBV Development Team, which is based within NHS Fife’s Sexual Health Service, Whyteman’s Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

You should possess excellent keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute and be proficient in audio typing.  You will possess excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 

Previous administration experience is essential along with ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative with minimal supervision

An in-depth working knowledge of secretarial and administrative duties including minute taking, collation and distribution of meeting papers is required.  The ability to deal with the public, along with an awareness of patient confidentiality and handling of patient information is required.
