We require an experienced secretary/administrator to work within the psychology service. . You will have responsibility for providing administrative support to clinical staff providing psychological therapies to patients and their families with a wide range of mental health problems.
You will have excellent communication skills, discretion and ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will have the ability to plan your workload and prioritise additional demands in a busy and demanding office environment. A positive outlook and problem solving skills are essential as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative.
You will have significant experience as a secretary/ administrator. You will have completed training in Secretarial Studies/ Administration to HNC level or equivalent secretarial or administration experience.
Experience of audio typing within a clinical environment would be advantageous.
You will be proficient with Microsoft™: Word, Excel and Access.
