We require an experienced secretary/administrator to work within the psychology service.  This post is primarily supporting Adult Mental Health Team based at Lynebank Hospital and also Veterans First Point who are currently based within Cardenden Health Centre.

You will have excellent communication skills, discretion and ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will have the ability to  plan your workload  and prioritise additional demands in a busy and demanding office environment.   The primary function of the post is to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to  our Psychology Clinical Team(s).  A positive outlook and problem solving skills are essential as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will have significnt experience as a secretary/ administrator.  You will have completed training in Secretarial Studies/ Administration to HNC level or equivalent secretarial or administration experience.

Experience of audio typing within a clinical environment would be  advantageous.

You will be proficient with Microsoft™: Word, Excel and Access.
