Ward 8 in Glasgow Royal Infirmary provides acute care for adults with acute medical conditions- with a special interest in Gastroenterology.
A Staff Nurse In this busy environment requires an Interest in acute medical nursing and Gastroenterology nursing. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workload efficiently, the skill to deliver a high standard of quality care and the ability to supervise others. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and having previous medical nursing experience would be desirable but not essential. The shift pattern for this post is fully rotational 7 days/nights.
