In line with Scottish Government Health & Social Care Directorates guidance, National Services Division (NSD) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Network Imaging Manager to provide specialist support to the Scottish Clinical Imaging Network (SCIN). This will be a secondment and the appointment is for two sessions per week for a fixed term of 2 years. Potential applicants should clarify with their current NHS employer the potential for support to be seconded from current duties. The successful candidate will work from their current employing Board who will be compensated for backfill costs incurred or additional sessions paid, depending on the candidate's current employment status.

The Imaging Manager will provide leadership and direction to SCIN working collaboratively with the Lead Clinician and Programme Manager to enable the network to deliver and develop its aims and objectives. This will ensure that the Scottish Clinical Imaging Network continues to develop in the future and is in a position to lead and respond to the changes in the delivery of diagnostic services.

Applicants will be leaders in Imaging with post graduate education at Masters level or equivalent with extensive post masters experience and preferably be working towards doctorate level, and have knowledge and experience in the provision, management and development of imaging services.
