An opportunity has arisen to join the vibrant, forward thinking team providing secure care services at the Rohallion Clinic, Murray Royal Hospital, Perth.


Rohallion Secure Care Clinic represents a unique setting for secure care in that both low and medium secure care facilities are co-located in a beautiful, semi-rural, elevated site within walking distance of Perth town centre.


You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register with a first degree or other qualification equivalent to level 9 of Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). It is preferable that you have extensive experience at a Band 6 or above within a mental health secure care setting and be able to demonstrate expert clinical and professional practice.  You will be expected to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current legislation pertaining to secure care and have a qualification relevant to mental health in a secure care setting or a willingness to undertake further study.  You should be able to demonstrate evidence of extensive professional development and will be expected to be involved in ongoing developments within the service.


You will be expected to reflect an attitude that supports, enhances and embraces healthy working cultures that enables effective team working to ensure the delivery of best care experience.
