Are you about to qualify as a Dietitian or are you seeking more experience for career progression? NHS Tayside has a number of Band 5 posts which form part of the Tayside Nutrition and Dietetic rotational scheme.
Each post rotates through 3 or 4 different clinical areas. The time in each area is a year. These posts offer dietitians an excellent opportunity to gain experience, develop knowledge and skills in a range of clinical areas and have been designed to offer optimum scope for career progression.
We are currently seeking a number of Band 5 dietitians with good communication and inter-personal skills to join the Tayside Nutrition and Dietetic Service. Applications will be considered from Student Dietitians in their final year as well practitioners looking to broaden their clinical experience.
There will be involvement in the clinical placement programme for dietetic students and opportunities to participate in other teaching and learning programmes. The post-holders will be active members of the Tayside Nutrition Network, with involvement in innovation and developing / implementing standards of best practice.
Leadership and clinical supervision will be provided. All applicants should be registered with the Health Care Professions Council prior to starting in post.
