The opportunity has arisen to recruit a forward thinking individual to our nursing team.
We currently care for older people, rehabilitation and transitional patients.
As part of our multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs, development of care plans and implementation and evaluation of these.
You should have a genuine interest in care of older people and show commitment to delivering a high quality, safe, evidence based and effective care.
These posts are rotational and involve shift work including nights and weekends to meet the needs of the service.

A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
