We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to work within the National Fleet Support Unit based within the Logistics Directorate at Larkhall. Reporting to the Fleet & Administrator Manager you will be required to analyse a variety of datasets, ensuring the results are accurate, fit for purpose and presented to a high standard, including the interpretation of results from the national Fleet Management System and Vehicle Telematics.
The successful candidate will be educated to HNC level or have an equivalent level of experience. The ability to work as part of a team and also from your own initiative, good communication skills will be essential in this position. You will be assisting with the maintaining of the national fleet systems in relation to users, vehicles, servicing requirements, data transfers and providing support to the users of the system. General administrative duties for the team, dealing directly with routine enquiries while overseeing all incoming mail. Monitoring the appropriate use of fuel cards and maintaining accurate records required. Ensure data required from Fuel Suppliers is provided in accordance with agreed timescales and in the appropriate format. Input Fuel Suppliers data to the Fleet Management system after amending any inaccurate entries in respect of vehicles, mileage and odometer readings.
