An opportunity has arisen for a committed Pharmacy Technician or Student Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Governance Team within NHS Fife Pharmacy, based at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline but working throughout Fife.

You will be a Registered Pharmacy Technician or will be working towards qualifying as one by the end of September 2020. Experience working in Community, Primary Care or Hospital Pharmacy would be acceptable.

We are looking for an individual with energy, flexibility and excellent communication skills, as these will be the key to success in this varied and exciting role.

This is a band 4 post and will require you to hold a SQA Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician Qualification or be willing to undertake it in your new role. The hours of this post are up to 37.5 and we are happy to negotiate working hours with the right candidate. There is a requirement to work as part of the NHS Fife Pharmacy Rota across 7 days to meet service requirements.  You must also have the ability to travel as this post involves frequent travel throughout Fife.
