Are you interested in being part of the Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team?  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our community mental health service within the Integrated Team.  This post will mainly cover West Sutherland, but the base is negotiable for the successful candidate.

 

You will provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings across West Sutherland with a caseload that covers both substance misuse and generic adult mental health.  In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we will provide a supportive working environment and access to further training and development opportunities.

 

Applicants should be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.  A driving licence is essential and a pool car will be available, however applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.

 

This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly, Monday to Friday in order to meet service requirements.
