Directly supervising and line-managing a team of three and collaborating with the broader finance management team, the Finance Team Supervisor plays a key role in developing their own team and broader processes.  The position provides real variety and a learning opportunity covering areas including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury.

Your Role

Responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:

•    Line management of staff involving planning; allocation of activities; support to team
•    Set direction for the team including ensuring all deadlines are understood and met
•    Ensuring a high level of customer service
•    Assist the team by dealing with escalated payroll, credit control and accounts payable enquiries
•    Monitoring of daily cash balances and forecasting cash
•    Review procedures and continuously improve
