We are looking for a registered Adult Nurse to join our team in our Older Peoples Service ward. You will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team providing a high standard of care for older adults. You will be responsible for a group of patients with complex needs and be involved in all aspects of their day to day care include discharge planning.
The shift pattern for this post is 12 hour rotational.
