Are you interested in being part of the West Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our community nursing service within the Integrated Team, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings across Sutherland.
A driving licence is essential and a pool car will be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required. Applicants should be registered with the NMC.
This post will be based at Assynt Health Centre, but you would be expected to travel substantially across West Sutherland. This is a part-time post of 15 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with service requirements, covering a 7-day rota, with an on call commitment for end of life care.
