The Donor Services Support Officer is responsible for providing clerical and administration support in all areas of Donor Services, participating in the overall delivery of excellent service to donors and members of the public. The post-holder will be dealing directly with members of the public so good communication skills are essential.

Post-holder will work as part of a team to ensure essential information is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner, good organisational skills and attention to detail are required for all aspects of the job.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the multidisciplinary Donor Services Admin Office for the period of 1 year to primarily carry out all administration functions within the Donor Web Portal (DWP).

Applications are invited from enthusiastic, motivated, flexible individuals keen to undertake this challenging and interesting post.  Candidates must be educated to higher grade level or demonstrate equivalent experience.  We are seeking an individual with a customer focused approach, who is organised and adaptable.  You must also possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to multi task and be able to work under pressure.  A good to high working knowledge of Word and Excel software packages and good key board skills are essential.  An understanding of Web based products is desirable.  Knowledge of Donor Services and current systems within SNBTS is essential.
