Development Post/Annex 21 Post

 (Trainee Band 5 £24,670 to £30,742 fixed term contract; to allow progression to Band 6 £30,401 to £38,046 permanent contract)

Plus £1,043 Distant Islands Allowance per annum

 30 hours per week

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Infection Control Nurse to work within the Infection Prevention & Control Team (IPCT), covering NHS Western Isles. The post will be based within the Western Isles Hospital.

                  

This post is advertised as a trainee position under ANNEX 21 paragraph 2 (i). Whilst studying, you will be paid within the band 5 salary range on a fixed term contract/secondment. Upon confirmation of successful completion, you will move to the role of band 6 Infection Control Nurse on a permanent contract.
