An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic, and inspiring individual who has proven experience working within a leadership role. Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities with a self-driven approach that makes a positive difference to patients, services and teams, and have the ability to lead and support service developments, supported by the senior management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day to day operational and performance management of service portfolio area and support the development of a culture of continuous improvement within clinical support services.  They will require to demonstrate previous management and leadership skills and have the ability to work in a specialised environment ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. The successful candidate should evidence an ability to thrive within a complex environment, foster effective partnerships and promote standards for continuous improvement.

Candidates will have previous leaderships and management experience therefore this post is suitable for those staff currently working as a Team Leader/Senior Charge Nurse/Senior Charge Midwife/ Department Manager/AHP level/Performance Manager or those with management experience.
