An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker posts within the Community Children’s Nursing Team at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
The team support children at home and in school with health care needs. The team liaises and supports the Children’s Ward, Paediatric Daycare Unit, Paediatric Complex Care Team, School Nursing Teams, Health Visiting Teams and the General Practitioners
This role is to assist & support the nursing staff in caring for children in the community.
The successful candidate will be a keen team player, have excellent communication skills and display an enthusiasm to promote person centered and family centered care.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
