Job Advert

We are looking to recruit a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to our Secondary Care Psychology service. The Secondary Care Psychology service covers 3 integrated community mental health teams (ICMHT). This role covers the whole of Forth Valley but will be based primarily in Woodlands Mental Health Resource Centre, Falkirk Community Hospital.

As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist in Secondary Care Psychology you will be part of a small, friendly team of psychologists who provide specialty psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for adults with complex and severe mental health difficulties who received their care at the CMHT. Additionally, there are opportunities for indirect, multidisciplinary working and provision of consultancy and supervision of colleagues and/or trainees.

Although formal training in clinical supervision is usually a key requirement, we would welcome applications from newly qualified staff and will support supervision training.
