This post is an opportunity to join an established Hospital team in Thornhill delivering care to a mixed urban and rural community.
As a Registered Practitioner, you will work as part of a small team, and be expected to rotate onto night duty as required by service.
Accurate record keeping will be a key focus of this role and you will be expected to assess, plan & implement and evaluate care, with the patient/their advocate at the centre of all discussions.
Care will be delivered to a high standard and at all times within the universal standards expected by the NMC code as follows:
