An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Specialist Physiotherapist to join the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership Community AHP Rehab Team (Reach Clacks and Stirling). We are looking for creative, dynamic individuals to work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of patient care. There will also be the opportunity to be part of our new service delivered within ReACH which will provide AHP input to Discharge to Assess and Reablement.

The ReACH Service provides a community rehab service to people living at home or in a homely setting. Working alongside a multi disciplinary team the role offers a varied clinical caseload, excellent peer support and training opportunities. You will be expected to participate in quality improvement, evidence based practice and in-service training. There may also be an opportunity to undertake the clinical supervision and appraisals of more junior staff, as well as contribute to the supervision and development of undergraduate/pre-reg students.

The applicant should posses the ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads and be flexible in a busy environment.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
