Applications are invited for the above post which is based within the Haematology Office, Labs, FVRH.  The successful candidate will be required to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the 7 Haematology Consultants and their team..

An enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven secretarial experience with audio typing and a working knowledge of office procedures and IT applications is required.  It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team.

You should have excellent keyboard skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and be able to prioritise your workload efficiently and effectively.  It is essential that you have good organisational skills and a flexible approach to your work.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Ace Disclosure Scotland Check.
