A vacancy has arisen for a Painter Maintenance Craftsperson. Reporting to the Estates Building Supervisor, the Painter Maintenance Craftsperson will be part of the Estates & Capital Planning multi skilled team working within the Estates Services Department.

The post holder will assist in providing a day-to-day statutory, planned and reactive painting maintenance service, refurbishment and new installation work. This will ensure that the internal and external fabric on all of the NHS Forth Valley buildings is maintained to an appropriate standard. The main challenges for the Department are to meet the demands of a modern care service while providing an effective and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
